Injector Testing

Test the injector off a vehicle:

There is click sound can be heard by screwdriver from the injectors when they are working.

The spark plug not fire can gives the same result as an injector not firing, cause they are both no or poor combustion in the cylinder.

Bench Test

  When removing fuel injector from the engine, take care to any fire or spark around, that can ignite the fuel. The engine should be not running. Release the pressure in the fuel pipe by crank the engine when the fuel pump relay has been removed.

The number 4 injector require attention because it has offset pattern.

The number 4 injector offect pattern makes the air and fuel mix not very well, and combustion not good as the good even cone injection. It may cause the engine knocks.Other 3 injectors are works fine and in good condition.
